Bio

Avni Vora, M.D., is a board-certified endocrinologist with a special interest in diabetes evaluation and management. Her specialization includes the treatment of diabetes, thyroid disease, pituitary disease, adrenal tumors, polycystic ovarian syndrome, osteoporosis and parathyroid disease. She works with patients to determine mutual goals of care and to develop a treatment plan to achieve those goals.

Dr. Vora’s philosophy of care focuses on taking the time to understand a patient’s concerns, providing clear explanations regarding treatment options and using evidence-based medicine to make recommendations for treatment. “My goal is to make a patient feel like they have been heard and determine what treatment plan is going to not only be the best for their health, but is reasonable to manage with daily life. I want to enable patients to take control of their health, which I believe will lead to the best long-term results.”
