If you have mobility limitations, we can help you get to a first floor destination at Palos Hospital:
- To ask for help, talk to a staff member at the main lobby Information Desk or call extension 8632 from within the hospital.
- A staff member will respond with an electric-powered Care Cart. This equipment will help you get to the St. George and Hospitaller Pavilion elevators as well as the Emergency Department and all points in between, including the Catheterization Lab, Women’s Center, Radiology and Cardiopulmonary.
Language Assistance Services
Medically trained interpreters for a variety of languages are available to help you. If you prefer to communicate in a language other than English, please notify a member of the care team or call 708.923.4840.

Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital Chapel
The chapel is located next to the main lobby of the Hospitaller Pavilion and is always open. Palos Hospital has chaplains or pastoral associates who visit patients on request. For more information or if you would like to talk to a chaplain or pastoral associate, call Pastoral Care at 708.923.4029.
