Open to anyone concerned about falling. Each month a different fall prevention topic is discussed, followed by tai chi exercises led by a Palos physical therapist.
Offered by professionals from Palos Health, this group provides information and practical support for preventing falls, increasing activity level and maintaining and improving independence. Each group includes demonstrations of tai chi or other exercises.
This group meets in the hospital auditorium from 10 - 11 a.m. the first Thursday of each month (no group January, February, July or December).
