Andrius Kudirka, M.D., is a board-certified family practice physician who specializes in pediatric medicine. Of Lithuanian decent, Dr. Kudirka speaks fluent Lithuanian, and has a special interest in treating and reaching out to the local Lithuanian community to help them find resources for their health care concerns.
Dr. Kudirka’s approach to medicine is one of communication and prevention. “I’m a big proponent of prevention,” he says. And the best way to encourage prevention is through open communication. “I’m also a proponent of getting to know the patient and talking openly.” With good communication, you can take care of minor issues before they become problems, and then work with the patient to create an effective plan for their medical care.
Dr. Kudirka comes to us from an established multi-specialty family practice in Orland Park where he served as a primary care physician. He has been affiliated with Palos Community Hospital since 2005. He received his medical degree from Loyola University-Stritch School of Medicine and completed his residency at UIC-Advocate Christ Family Practice.
Dr. Kudirka’s office is located in the Palos Primary Care Center South, 15300 West Avenue, Suite 221, Orland Park. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please contact Palos Medical Group at (708) 590-5300.
