So I decided to become an endocrinologist for two main reasons: one, I started off as an engineer back in the day, and I love solving problems, and our hormone system is extremely complex

and often takes a lot of thinking and sorting through and it’s really interesting to me and I really enjoy working through things like that with my patients to help them feel better. Um, the other reason that I became an endocrinologist is that I actually treat a lot of long-term or chronic conditions like thyroid issues or diabetes and one of the main reasons I went into medicine was to develop relationships with my patients so I do really love the fact that I have a lot of patients that I see on a regular basis and we get to work together to make them feel better.

One of the things I love most about Palos Medical Group is our staff. We have the most amazing medical assistants and nurses that you can imagine, and I feel so lucky on a day-to-day basis that I get to work with them.
Philosophy of Care on screen:
My philosophy of care is treating my patients like they’re family members. So I do my best to do everything I would do for my own family and work with them and listen to them and hopefully get them feeling better, and helping them take care of themselves.
