Imaging (Diagnostic imaging services require a doctor's order. Appointments are required for all imaging. Call 708.827.2030 to schedule your appointment.) Available seven days a week. 

Laboratory Services (Lab tests require a doctor's order. No appointment needed.) Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday & Sunday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Rehabilitation Services (Cardiac rehabilitation as well as physical, speech and occupational therapy are available at the hospital with a doctor's order. Please park in lot 4 or 5 and enter through Rehabilitation Services.)
