Aquatic therapy at Palos Health
Therapy sessions are performed in a warm water pool by licensed physical therapists with advanced training in aquatic therapy. Participants are required to wear a bathing suit, but do not need to know how to swim. Therapy sessions are often completed without the need for participants to submerge their heads in the water. Lifts are available to assist individuals with mobility challenges in and out of the water.
Aquatic therapy is located at the Orland Park Health & Fitness Center, 15430 West Avenue in Orland Park.
